Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

You agree not to promote any services that sell, trade, advertise or encourage the sale, trade or promotion of:

• Physical or digital goods, including but not limited to gift cards, in-game items or currency, physical products;
• Digital content, including images, audio, video, text or live content that may or may not be protected by intellectual property, patent, trademark or copyright;
• Accounts on any service or platform, including, but not limited to, Discord, Spotify, Amazon, Steam, or any other service/platform;
• Illegal items such as firearms or drugs;
• Misleading or fraudulent practices, such as false advertising, misleading statements or fraud;

Any server suspected of involvement in the above activities will be banned from using AdSpark without the right to appeal the ban.

2. Exploits, bugs and errors

AdSpark may contain exploits, bugs, or produce unexpected and/or unreported errors. If these errors or bugs lead to any exploits, please report them to the AdSpark support server (opens in a new tab). Using exploits for personal gain will result in a permanent ban, which means that you will no longer be able to use AdSpark on that server without the right to appeal the ban.

3. User behavior

You agree that you are responsible for everything you transmit to or about AdSpark and you specifically agree (with respect to AdSpark) not to engage in, or promote any form of activity that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, vulgar, threatening, harmful, obscene, indecent, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise contains objectionable material.

You must:

• not enter or transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, exploit or limit the operation of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or gain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;
• not to enter or transmit content that contains anything that could be used to determine or modify the architecture of AdSpark, or that could be used to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer AdSpark;
• not collect personal data about other users (for any purpose);
• not impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on AdSpark's infrastructure;
• do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to AdSpark's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, reduces the quality, impairs the performance or impairs the functionality of AdSpark;

If a user or server using AdSpark violates one or more of these rules, that user or server will be banned from using AdSpark, and depending on the severity of the violation, that ban may or may not be appealed.

Each server's advertising message is not and may not be declared intellectual property and/or protected by copyright and copyright. As such, the user agrees that their server's promotional message may be used, modified, and translated by any other user on Discord. AdSpark is not responsible for maintaining the copyright of your promotional message, even if it has one, and will not penalize or modify other servers' promotional messages if they have used custom text from another server. By promoting a server, you agree that any Discord user may use your promotional message for any purpose that does not violate Discord and/or AdSpark's Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) and Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
